Walker and Sloane work at the same members-only club, although Sloane dreams of opening her own bakery. She’s made it obvious that she’s attracted to Walke, but he has no intention of acting on it, despite feeling the pull between them.
Walker is a tortured hero who steps up to protect Sloane and her daughter Callie after they were threatened by criminals, and I loved seeing their relationship develop from friendship to lovers.
